“Every single night without fail. during CB HT, Before CB H or after CB HT, more than 2 people using a blue canvas board hiding behind the stores. “

“Drinking, smoking, not wearing mask, maybe some illegal activities too. Stalls are all closed. Shouldn’t they be going home?”
