GIRL STANDS AT GEYLANG WAITING FOR CAR, GETS APPROACHED BY UNCLES

I was standing at Geylang, waiting for my car to arrive. It was late, and I was feeling a little anxious.

I had been warned about the area and was wary of the people around me.

Just then, I noticed two middle-aged men looking at me from a distance. I could feel them watching me, and it made me feel uncomfortable.

I quickly averted my gaze, hoping that they would go away.

But they didn’t. Instead, they started to approach me. I was scared, and I started to back away, but they kept coming closer.

I could smell alcohol on their breath and their slurred speech made me even more uneasy. They were asking me questions, but I was too scared to answer.

I wanted to run, but I was too scared. I didn’t know what to do. Then, one of them grabbed my arm. I was so scared I thought I was going to faint. I was just about to scream when I heard a car horn.

It was my car. I quickly pulled away from the men and ran to the car. I was so relieved when I saw my driver. I quickly got in the car and locked the doors.

My driver asked me what had happened. I told him about the two men who had approached me.

He said that he had seen them and that he had been about to call the police. I was so grateful for his help.

Although the incident at Geylang was frightening, I am thankful that it wasn’t worse.

I still feel a bit scared when I walk around there especially when walking pass uncles that are drinking.
