I work in an American hotel at Outram Road that was bought over by a UK company.
My boss, a director loves to s**ualise any topics he is discussing, especially with the female staffs. It’s soo irritating sometimes as everything and anything can be linked to S to him.
We have brought it up to the HR, but she doesn’t seems to bother at all. It offends some of my female colleagues but HR don’t bother??
The best part, he is married with kids and still so saying such rubbish stuffs.

How can I report him without sacrificing my job?

- there should be a whistleblowing channel that bypasses your local HR.
- Just let him say whatever he like to be a clown. Treat him like a fool, just don’t response or reply. If he ask, just tell him direct that he sounds like retard. Whenever my ex boss make such a remark, I will just ignore, sometimes roll my eyes but mostly no reply.

- Female workers these days so self entitled. In the past, everyone knows how tough it is to run as a business manager / owners. The workers are auto enough, to go into room and close the blinds. After that business grows better. Today? Lol
- Secretly record it down, must be many instances, not just one, to get sufficient evidence, and send it to his wife.
