GOJEK PAX PUT WRONG DROP-OFF LOCATION THEN KPKB & GIVE DRIVER 2 STAR RATING

I am so unlucky to fetch a passenger by the name of *name redacted* (no full name, no ic, no location, no face so not PDPA).

As we all PHV driver knows, grab and gojek have detailed selection of pick up and alight location. Too far and we will be monitor or even unable to accept the job until closer to the location.

Rider insist cannot find Changi Airport Departure on Gojek, put wrong place and kpkb

This joker put in the remark saying that gojek only has changi airport ptb 3 as the only option and insisted that there is no pick up or departure tag.

So I tell him the alight location is wrong and he start argue with me and say that if you cannot find, then go to arrival or departure.

Despite the fact that I pick up and alight more than 15 passengers from airport this week alone. I didn’t continue to debate with him and so I inform him I will put him at his drop off location.

So upon nearing the location, it indicate coach stand and so i want to turn in. Then he rudely replied not!. Then i show him both app and gps as indicated by him. Then he speechless. Now he give me a 2 star.

If that person is looking at this post, I being kind-hearted, show you how to find changi airport t3 departure tags ok. No need thanks…

Wrote this to let passengers know what drivers are going through

P.S: the reason why i post this is to tell all the customer of this few points.

1: if you put the wrong pick up location and it is too far from your original location. High chance the driver cannot accept the job because the system refused to acknowledge that we are at the location.

2: we drivers are not your brains, we don’t know where you want to alight exactly, so if unsure, we either follow the gojek app or ask. In the situation, this customer provide departure or arrival if cannot find, so we driver have no choice but to follow the gps.

3: insisting that the location is wrong means you key wrong. There is only 2 ways to settle, one is to change, the other is to ask the driver if you can drop off at departure or arrival. Not ask the driver to find… I am sure drivers are ok to follow your request if it is in a short and acceptable distance.
