A photo surfaced online showing a Grab bike being parked beside the OP’s bicycle at a void deck’s bicycle rack.
But what’s baffling is that the Grab bike was locked with the OP’s bicycle instead of the bicycle rack.
It is unclear who the bicycle belongs to or where the incident happened.
