A Facebook user shared his unpleasant encounter with a group of men gathering under a block located in Sembawang at Everything Singapore Facebook Group.
The Facebook user shared a few photos of 2 BMW and 1 EVO 10 parked under the blocking with at least 8 to 10 men gathering beside the cars.
According to the user, the photos were taken between phase 1 and phase 2 period where gathering in a large group is prohibited.
The group of men were seen not wearing a mask and they were blasting loud music from their cars after 10.30 PM.

This group of people has been gathering for quite a few time during circuit breaker phase 1 and 2 (see the attached photos taken over two different occasions in phase 1 & 2).
They not only never wear a mask but put on loud music after 10.30 pm and throw their trash on the road at Blk 128A.”
