A video emerged online showing a local Facebook live-streamer Bob Senget speaking to a scammer pretending to be from the CID.
In the video, the scammer was seen asking Bob to show him his ATM card.
Bob then played along and asked the scammer if he could show him his ATM card via video, and he then video called the scammer.
The scammer’s camera was off, so Bob insisted on the scammer reveal his face, to which the scammer then complied.
The scammer then flashed his fake CID ID to Bob, before asking him for his OCBC ATM card.
Bob then took out an unidentified card (that wasn’t his ATM card) and showed it to the scammer, who asked what was that.
He then told the scammer that it was a “ticket for your mother to go to JB”.
The scammer then got enraged and hurled vulgarities at Bob and his family members, to which Bob then laughed in response.
