Facebook user Jun Xu shared how he visited a 7-Eleven outlet at Dhoby Gaut to pay his bills, when a man behind him cut his queue.
He then proceeded to pay his bills after the “queue cutter” was done, and gave his phone to the staff to scan for the transaction, before keeping his phone.
The staff then asked him for his phone again, saying that she needed to scan again, which Jun Xu proceeded to do so, before keeping it.
However, the staff then asked him for his phone for a 3rd time to scan again, to which he asked the staff “how many time you want to scan?”
The woman then asked her why was he so angry, and cited the earlier incident where she allowed the man to cut Jun Xu’s queue.
He then turned her back and left after that, to which the staff then allegedly said something “nasty” about him.
Jun is now demanding an apology from 7-Eleven “no later than 11am today or else (he) won’t even speak further and let the lawyers handle this matter”.

7-11 doby ghaut,
Out of courtesy I didn’t take any photos however please read about my personal bad experience:
I went to 7-11 doby Ghaut mrt to pay my phone bills at 10:20am, there was a lady in front of me and I queue up and behind me there was a man who came in with a newspaper and cut my queue and paid first.
1. your staff allowed the man who bought newspaper to cut my queue and went ahead and pay seeing that I was queuing. Who in this world isn’t rushing for time? I am rushing too than why let the man go first??
2. Than next- when I gave her my phone to scan, she scan once, I kept my phone, she said need scan again, than I take out and let her scan, after that I kept again and guess what the 3rd time she say scan again.
So i said” how many times do u want to scan” ? She said that it’s only the 3rd time! How can she even say that? It shouldn’t even be 3 times! She didn’t even say sorry!
She even answered me why I am so angry just because the Man cut my queue, so she acknowdge she did wrong but yet think I shouldn’t be upset??
When I turned my back and walk away, she mumbled some very nasty words about me.
I want 7-11 To look into the CCTV and see how ur staff has treated me. I reserve all legal rights to sue dairy farm on how this employee of yours has treated me and mumbled those nasty words when I turned my back and walk away.
What kind of service is this? I demand a apology no later than 11am today or else I won’t even speak further and let the lawyers handle this matter. This is not just bad service! This is utterly rudeness
