A guy shared how he hates his job because he feels unappreciated and everytime he does well at his work, he gets rewarded with more work.
Here is the story
I have been hating my job so much these days that I’m starting to feel that my colleagues are irritating me.
It already sucks that I’m being unappreciated for everything I do and everytime I do something well, i just get “rewarded” with more work.
My colleagues have this tendency to direct everything to me without even caring about the amount of work I am already taking on.
I feel an immense dread going to work even after just 1 day of being on leave.
I am always the go to person whenever someone needs an extra pair of hands and I am struggling to say no because I’m fairly new.
I am considering to look for new opportunities elsewhere but not sure it will look bad if I leave a permanent job after only 1.5 years?

Sounds like you are not keen to stay where you are. And since you are struggling to say no, you are taking on more work than you should – which causes more unhappiness and dread.
I suppose you can reflect that you are currently unhappy about the current situation that you are facing to your boss – at your own risk. That may or may not change your circumstances but at least your voice is heard by someone.
Not sure which industry you are working at and the amount of experience required for your role on the next level but you can definitely start looking for another job and probably leave the company at your 2 year mark. All the best!
