A Facebook user Low Jun Cheng has shared his unpleasant experience where he brought a second-hand handphone from a shop located at Boon Lay.
According to him, when he was buying the phone the owner told him that he could come back to them if there is an issue with the phone he brought. A few days later, he went back to the shop to get the phone checked due to some battery issue. He was shocked to find that he was charged for the repair.
In his post:
“Don’t ever buy any phone from this phone shop….(Boon Lay shopping)they sell spoil phones…once the phone sold to you, they won’t take any responsibility if the phone is spoil or what….firstly they told me to use for a few days…if still got problem come back and find them…they will check and fix it for me(before buy) after a few days,I went back and told him,the phone keep shut down and keep can’t sense the battery and all,he ask me to leave the phone over…and he say he gonna check everything for me,but once done he will charge me money…lol fking cb…you think I what…stupid ah?nvm ba take it as a lesson learn for me”
