The number of HDB resale flats sold in the second quarter dropped by close to 41.9 percent amid the Covid pandemic.

The figures reported that a total of 3,426 flats were sold from April to June which was considered a drop from the 5,893 sold in the first quarter.
But prices did increase by 0.3 percent when comparing with the prices from the first quarter.
