According to a media release, the Housing Development Board (HDB) is set to launch 7800 BTOs in August this year. All these BTOs will be launch in 8 towns across Singapore.

These Towns include:
- Pasir Ris
- Geylang
- Tampines
- Bishan
- Ang Mo Kio
- Tengah
- Woodlands
- Chua Chu Kang
Most of these BTOs are located at Tampines, Woodlands and Pasir Ris.
After the launch next month the next launch will be in November this year.
