In a video which was shared online by ROADS.sg, the area at Old Choa Chu Kang Road from Cemetery Central Street 25 leading to Nirvana Singapore Columbarium was flooded with rainwater from the heavy downpour, turning the road into a river.

According to the video, many heavy vehicles were stuck on the road unable to move and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) was seen on site to help rescue these stuck vehicles.

A voice in the video also said that there was a heavy vehicle which had ‘dropped’ into the low land area and he urged people not to come to this road at the time of the flood as the road is not ‘passable’.
