A charity group documented their journey helping the homeless, rough sleepers around Singapore, giving them food to eat.
A video was shared on Facebook by Prabu Ramachandran, who captioned his video:
“Homeless, rough sleepers visit in Bras Basah, Waterloo, Albert Complex, Queen Street areas.
Handing out biscuits to them to ensure that atleast they have something to eat at least.
Food security, food insecurity is a thing for some of them as apart from being homeless, some of them might not have food to eat for days sometimes.
From interacting with them, they are decent people, who are older aged, who have fallen through the cracks of the system.
They appear to be happy to speak to us and that they are not forgotten.
This effort and project thanks to Puvana for contributing towards the biscuits handed out.”
