According to a FB Post posted by FB user, YüMi Yů KíKó, her 32″ TV went missing after it was delivered to Ninja Van warehouse. In her post, she urged netizen not to purchase any electronic items from merchants who are using Ninja Van delivery service.
When she contacted Ninja Van, they told her to contact the merchant to ask for a refund for her missing item. However, she was told by Sharp that her item was already collected by Ninja Van and was sent to their warehouse waiting to be delivered.
Apparently, she is not the only one who had this experience. Many other netizens have the same encounter too. Some even lost their laptops that were purchased on Lazada.
In her Post:
“Please do not but any electronics stuff if merchant is using ninja van to deliver items.
My delivery was cancelled and now my tv went missing.
32 inch tv missing???? So ironic.
sharp told me ninja van already took the product to warehouse.
And when i read comment, alot of people going through same thing as me.
Delivery cancelled and then item report missing.
And most are home appliances or electronics .
So if u buy anything, please be careful.I think there might be a thief somewhere in their warehouse or delivery guys doing all this.

So frustrated as i waited 2 weeks for tv.
