A video emerged online showing a huge gang fight among a group of YPs, breaking out at an unspecified location in Singapore.
The group was seen at the beginning of the video swinging punches wildly at each other, as screams of horror broke out.
One of the guys in black was seen being pummeled onto the ground, ultimately landing onto the road, as he was being attacked by a trio of attackers.
One of the guys wearing a black shirt and beige shorts, seemed to be holding onto what appears to be a weapon in his right hand, and stabbing away at the victim who remained unresponsive on the ground, as the others rained blows on his face.
The fight was momentarily broken apart, as the groups shouted insults at each other, and one of the girls wearing black was seen being pushed onto the road, landing in a heap on the ground.
Potential penalties
According to Chapter 224 of the Penal Code, anyone who disturbs public peace by fighting in public is guilty of committing an affray.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
According to Chapter 321 of the Penal Code, anyone who performs an act that causes hurt to a person is guilty of Voluntarily Causing Hurt.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to 3 years and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
According to Chapter 147 of the Penal Code, anyone who partakes in rioting armed with a deadly weapon faces a jail term of up to 10 years and caning.
