It is claimed that the webpage “www.singapore-arrival-card.com” was introduced by ICA to replace hardcopies which is not true. The authorities further clarify that no payment is required for online submission of arrival cards.

A police report was lodged in regards to the matter and ICA advised travellers to go through the ICA webpage if there is a need to use the SG Arrival Card service online.
