Two little kittens were found dead at the bottom of a HDB block at Block 671A Yishun Avenue 4.

The dead bodies were found at around 10.05pm.
The kittens’ dead bodies could be seen sprawled out on the ground after being allegedly thrown down from the HDB building by a resident.
The kittens were not breathing when they were found and the alleged culprit’s house unit is not known.
