A video has been circulating of the Facebook of Singapore Eye on Thursday (June 4). The video shows dozens of workers running to the direction of the supermarket with no regard to respective safe distancing requirements.

It was known that the supermarket was closed closed for more than a month and was scheduled to reopen that day. Dormitory staff were seen informing the workers to form a line but their advice were not taken into consideration.
But we should also understand, these foreign workers are indeed in a foreign country. And to purchase items close to home during this trying period is extremely difficult. Anyway, the management should have done better in terms of crowd control.
