The Egyptian Football Association announced on Novem ber 13 that prolific Liverpool ace Mohamed Salah has tested positive for Covid-19 while on international duty for the Egyptian National Team.

Medical swabs conducted on the team revealed that Salah was infected with the coronavirus, although he was asymptomatic.
The Egyptian Football Association also added that other members of the Egyptian national team tested negative for Covid-19.
They added that Salah is since observing medical protocals and self-isolating in a hotel room in Cairo; and that he will be undergoing further tests real soon.
