I have I ordered 2 boxes of Nan4 milk from shoppee and delivery partner was JNTA lady came on 26/05 around 2323hrs and threw the parcel in front of my gate, pressed the bell and left. Box was torn, Milk box was damaged also.

If she can throw infront of my gate, i believe her parcel handling on her vehicle would be the same.U can already see part of the box damaged before the threwI have 1 IP camera and 1 video doorbell as evidence.
