The picture was taken at a MRT underpass as hundreds of maids gathered together while they had their meals and partied.
They most probably gathered at the underpass due to the heavy rain that has been occurring for the past weeks. But the excessive amount of people gathering at one area is indeed worrying especially during this covid period.
