Facebook user Rich Tan shared how he had booked a taxi ride from the Comfort CDG Zig app on Saturday morning (13 May).
While waiting for his taxi to come, his app suddenly stated that the taxi had arrived, before the status of the trip was marked completed immediately.
However the taxi didn’t show up at all, and when he checked his ride history, there were no records and he found “nothing”.
He also added that when he checked his bank account, he had the trip fare of $36.90 deducted from his credit card.
He then called the Comfort hotline for help but nobody picked up.

On 13th May 2023 early morning, I try to book a ride. I waited for the ride and suddenly it says arrived, AND COMPLETED immediately.
As I checked the “history” and found nothing, so i assume nothing happened and later found a ride through Grab. Then problem came.
I checked my credit card and found that comfort deducted $36.90 from my card. I called 65524525, useless. Numbers forever nobody pick up.
asked to press 0 for customer service but cannot work at all. after more than 10 minutes, it will auto hang up.
Quite sad to know supposely to be Singapore biggest taxi company and yet having a weak support. what can i do? called my card company it says cannot do anything, I have to call comfort myself.

- better to email them. don’t use cdg, it happened to me multiple times. grab have the best and fastest customer support.
