Does anyone know this carousell seller *name redacted*, Carousell ID: *username redacted*?
I ordered ten tins of Ensure Life 850g milk powder from him on 30th July, but did not receive my items. The seller said he would refund me, but he kept using various excuses not to refund.
Now the seller couldn’t be contacted, and the phone can’t get through. Police report lodged and this case is under investigation. Has anyone experienced this?
p/s: This seller’s Carousell account is currently restricted due to an unresolved transaction, I think I’m not the only victim.

- I learnt my lesson the hard way too. Next time only request for COD or self collect to any online seller. They reject n give excuses, just back off n get another seller. Some sellers will just MIA or will not take responsibility for defective items
- Yes I have also learned my lesson for purchases like this and most of all local seller I request for COD even if seller disagrees I probably just forgo the transaction.. because it’s a big amount of items..it’s not I’m ordering from Lazada or shopee .
