A netizen, Kan Kok Yan, shared how he bought a Black Thorn Durian for RM117 in Malaysia, and ended up getting nothing but an empty husk.

He said that he paid RM117 (which is about SGD$37) for the 1.8kg Black Thorn Durian and brought it home, looking forward to eating it.
The durian weighed 1.8kg, so he could be forgiven for expecting a healthy amount of durian flesh from inside the fruit.
He then opened up ther durian and found nothing inside, nothing but disappointment.
He then split the durian open even further, and there was not a single seed or flesh inside.
