A man was spotted cycling in the middle of the road and was horned by a driver.

After getting horned the man could be seen spraying water at the car.
The driver was later confronted by the cyclist as he was not happy getting horned.
Can be fined
Under the Active Mobility Act, cyclists are required to ride their bicycles as close as practicable to the far left edge of the roads.
 They must also allow other traffic to be able to overtake them safely on the roads.
