According to a media release, a man is accused of committing sexual acts against two teenage boys.
The victims were between the ages of 14 and 16 years old. The incident took place between 2005 and 2007, due to the nature of the content the description of the crime will be metaphorically described.
Due to the age of the boys, none of the names will be reported due to a gag order.
2005 – 2006 – The man uses his mouth on the boy
2007 – Did the same thing on another boy
Between April 2007 December, another boy
The man is also facing two charges having carnal intercourse against the order of nature.
The Archbishop’s Communications Office of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Singapore told Straits Times that they will not be commenting as the case is still pending.
It is unclear what is the title of the man in the Catholic Order, Straits Times reported that the accused is not a priest.

Penalties:
Under the Child and Young Persons Act, the man can be jailed for up to 2 years and/or a fine of up to SGD$5,000.
For carnal intercourse against the order of nature, anyone found guilty can be jailed for a maximum of 10 years and face a fine.
