A video surfacing online shows a man who got agitated over the way the McDonalds staff talked to him. Normally, the best approach would be to either walk away or approach the staff nicely. However, the customer started shouting loudly at the apologetic McDonalds staff.
As someone who has done customer service/retail job in their career, do you feel sorry for the McDonalds staff or do you feel that he/she deserved that kind of treatment?
