A video emerged online showing a fight between two men in the middle of the road, allegedly over a parking dispute.
The netizen who shared the video captioned it: “Dead straight away with broken spine….all due to parking dispute. Drivers in SG kindly exercise restrain & patience esp on our roads coz I see a tremendous hike in crazy ppl in SG.”
However, the incident doesn’t appear to have happened in Singapore, based on the landmarks in the background.
What happened?
In the short 8-second video clip, the two men were seen heatedly arguing with each other as a woman tried in vain to separate them from each other.
The topless man then shoves the woman away as she stumbles and almost falls, before throwing a number of punches at the man wearing a grey polo shirt.
Another man wearing white then haphazardly steps in to break up the fight but appeared hesitant as the other two men continued going at it.
The topless man then grabs hold of the man in white and bear hugs him from behind, before lifting him up into the air with both hands and slamming him onto the ground.
The man in grey then lands on the ground with an audibly loud thud and appeared to have hit his head, as he immediately stopped moving.
The shirtless man then take a few steps backwards, as the man in white and two women step forward to check on the unconscious man.
Another man in a black polo shirt was then seen running into the frame of the camera and rushing towards the stricken man to check on his condition.
According to the netizen who shared the video, the man in grey was allegedly killed instantly with a broken spine, although that claim has yet to be verified.
