MAN LOOKS FORWARD TO RESERVIST BECAUSE 2 WEEKS DON’T NEED CARE ABOUT ANYTHING

I look forward to my two-week reservist training every year.

Nothing beats the feeling of knowing that, for two weeks, I can put aside the stresses of everyday life and focus solely on my military obligations.

Can go back and slack

I enjoy the break from the routine of my daily life. I can forget about my job, my family, and all the other commitments that usually fill my days.

Instead, I use the two weeks to basically just rot and go with the flow of the program that are planned for us and just care about nothing other than what to eat from the canteen and where to go with my buddies during nights out.

Good catch up with friends whom I spent two years with

I also look forward to the camaraderie of the reservist training. It’s a great time to be able to catch up with friends and buddies who I may not have seen in a while.

We get to share stories and experiences and get to know each other better. It’s great to be able to come together and share our military experiences, and it’s a great way to strengthen our bond and our commitment to the military.

It also helps me to build connections and find opportunities with people from different walks of life who may have something to offer me in real life.

Some training might be tough, but its still worth going for

Many people would say that reservist is very useless as it disrupts our normal lives and sometimes when the training gets tough, they would complain and say that they are not NSFs anymore and there is no need to go through with such tough training.

While I agree with them to a certain extent, I would rather go through all these at times because it is just a follow through motion activity and once we’re done with it means we’re done.

It is really a chill two weeks for me, to get away from all the nonsense outside.
