The video of the man burning the dog happen months ago, Samuel the man behind the dog burning explained what happened.
He posted three videos last night and showed him going to the police and apologizing.
He claims to have surrendered to police and will accept all punishment.
I sincerely apologize for what i had done , I’m not suitable to take care dog , i promise i wont buy anymore dogs again
