Heads up for all motorist driving to Malaysia. In the recent weeks, ICA (Customs) has been again checking fuel tanks for the 3/4 fill up rule.
Section 136(1) of the Customs Act(Chapter 70): Attempting to leave Singapore in a motor vehicle with its fuel tank for motor fuel containing less than the minimum amount of motor fuel prescribed for that fuel tank, an offence under the Customs Act, Cap 70.

I was also wondering cannot be all cars 3/4 tank than go in JB, the inconsistencies of the officer, told me the rule is 3/4, come on lah, half tank you also want to catch, really quota so tight need to hit your KPI.
