A man has made a video to share his thoughts on GE2020, he has particularly pointed out on the result of East Coast GRC.

He said that out of the many voters who voted for the PAP, at least 15,000 of them are new citizens from India. He said that most of the new citizens are people who hold high positions in companies.
He also mentioned that these new citizens don’t need to serve national service to get their citizenship. They just need to stay here in Singapore for 5 years to get their Singapore citizenship.
It is also because they were given the citizenship that why the majority of them voted for the PAP.
