MAN SHAVES DOG IN PUBLIC SO NO NEED TO CLEAN UP

A man was spotted shaving his dog on a sidewalk and a woman approached the man and told him not to litter in public.

In the first video, the man claimed that he would clean it up but it seems that he has no tools to clean up at all. The woman then left the place but the story does not end here.

But moments later, the man was seen in a 2nd video sweeping the fur with his foot into the grass.

Under the Environmental Public Health Act (EPHA), the maximum fine for a littering offence is $2,000 for the first court conviction, $4,000 for the second conviction, and $10,000 for the third and subsequent convictions.
