A woman is appealing for witnesses after her brother-in-law was found with severe injuries on his head along Tampines North.
Her brother-in-law sustains serious head injuries which required the Surgical Intensive Care Unit to take care of him.

My brother in law was found unconscious lying on the ground at Tampines Ave 9 near 604A along Tampines North Drive 1 on 10 July Any information/footage from 22:30 PM to 23:00 pm or around the timeframe would be greatly appreciated.
Base on details we received from the attending doctor who referred to the log. Someone called for an ambulance at 22:55 pm, reached the hospital at 23:34pm.
They did an emergency operation on him. Currently, he’s in critical condition fighting for his life due to head injuries.
His family members wish to know what had happened to him so they will have closure as to what happened that night.
