Respect to NTUC FairPrice you have a very responsible driver who send the daily essentials which my family order on Friday should be delivery on Monday 28/02/22 from 8pm to 10pm but was told delay until 12am.
That cause my brother to stay up late until 1am even if he is working 1/03/22 @ 7am.
Then on 1/03/22 morning he call the customer service of ntuc they apologise for the delay and told will be delivered 1/03/22 from 6pm to 8pm however we waited for it to come last night but was again delay for 1hour so about 8.50pm the daily essentials was still not coming so he call the customer service one more time they inform he it’s already on the way however my brother was already pissed off he told them by 9.30pm the order don’t come he won’t accept the order and demand for a refund, the customer service agree on the refund.
So by 9.30pm the order wasn’t here. So I discuss with my brother I will head down to Sheng Siong Supermarket instead of waiting for NTUC FairPrice which is so effective to delay the order for 2days for some daily essentials which cost us total of $250plus.
To my surprise after going to Sheng Siong so late to buy some urgent essentials which cost me to cab back home cause I carry about 6 to 7 bags. I don’t mind the cab fee of $10 but the driver of Ntuc FairPrice just left the daily essentials on the table outside my house unattended plus my brother was home never even try to press the doorbell or knock on the door and just left like that. NTUC FairPrice please take note we won’t be responsible for the missing item when you guys come back and claim it we demand for a full refund.
My family will never order ntuc delivery again after this and many unpleasant experience.
