A man shared how he tried to redeem his $100 CDC voucher but found out that it had already been redeemed by someone that he doesn’t know.

Here is the story:
“When we login with our Singpass to claim the CDC Voucher, to our horror! it was redeemed by someone whom we don’t even know!
How can that happen? I thought only can redeem using Singpass?
Either the CDC Voucher system got error or this thief is going to be in big trouble!”
