I was once a successful entrepreneur, with a happy and contented family life. I had a great job, two beautiful kids and a beautiful wife. Life was good and I was blessed with a comfortable and happy life.
However, in the last few years, my life took a turn for the worse. My business failed and I was retrenched. To make matters worse, my wife passed away suddenly and my savings were wiped out by a bad investment.
I was lost. I had no job, no money and no family. I felt like the world had abandoned me. My self-esteem and confidence took a beating and I was left feeling helpless and hopeless.
I was broken. I had no idea what to do or where to turn. I felt like I had no purpose in life. I was so lost that I didn’t even know where to begin. I was stuck in a rut and I couldn’t seem to find a way out.
I felt like I was at a crossroads. I had two choices: I could either stay in the same position I was in or I could take a chance and start anew.
I decided to take a chance. I decided to start over. I sold all my possessions and used the money to start a small business. I knew it was a risk, but I was willing to take it. I was determined to make a fresh start and build a new life for myself.
I put all my effort into my business and it paid off. I was successful and my business flourished. I was able to rebuild my savings and eventually, I was able to purchase a small home.
I was able to find joy and contentment within myself. I was able to create a life that I could be proud of. I was able to start over and have a new beginning.
It was my child that was the motivation to bring me back on my feet, to give them a good life.
