MOH: 31,500 YET TO JAB, VACCINATION STATUS CHANGING FROM 14 FEB

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has shared on their Facebook page sharing that there are 31,500 people above the age of 18 who are eligible for taking the booster dose yet to book an appointment and go for their jabs.

These individuals have their primary doses (1st and 2nd jab) taken more than 270 days ago and come 14 February 2022, they will no longer be under the fully vaccinated status and their vaccination statuses will revert to ‘additional dose needed’.

MOH is reaching out to these individuals and urging them to go for the third dose by making their appointments for vaccination as soon as possible or to walk in at any of the vaccination centres for their jabs.

They can walk in to any of the vaccination centres from Monday to Thursday before 7pm.

For people who are unsure if they are yet to require a booster shot, they can use the calculator to do a self check provided by MOH here from 8 February 2022.

Here is the post by MOH

“About 31,500 eligible individuals aged 18 years and above, who have taken the last dose of their primary series more than 270 days ago, have yet to make their booster dose appointments.

From 14 Feb, these individuals will no longer be considered as fully vaccinated.

If you are one of them, we strongly urge you to make your appointment asap or walk in to any vaccination centre for your booster dose.

If you are unsure whether you require a booster shot, you can perform a self-check using the online calculator at https://go.gov.sg/vax-status-query.”
