It is said that ARF will have 3 tiers,
Motorcycle with OMV up to $5,000 will remain at 15%
Motorcycle with OMV up to $10,000 will be subjected to an ARF rate of 50%
Motorcycle with OMV above $10,000 will be subjected to ARF rate of 100%
