Member of Parliament Louis Ng, recently took to Facebook to voice his concern on secondhand smoke and stating that a person being naked in his own house will not kill but secondhand smoke will.

[ You cannot be naked in your home? ]The government has said that we cannot ban smoking near your windows and at balconies as it is difficult to enforce. But how do we enforce the law that a person cannot be naked inside your own home while being exposed to public view?Being naked in your own home doesn’t kill your neighbour but secondhand smoke could. The issue of secondhand smoke is a serious public health issue and we have to do a lot more to tackle this problem. I will continue to speak up and next week in Parliament, I will ask the Minister for Home Affairs how does the police collect evidence for offences under section 27A of the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act where a person cannot be naked in a private place while being exposed to public view.What do you think
