A video was posted by Facebook user Sebastian Wong on the SG Opposition group showed an elderly man enquiring on the $3000 financial grant during a walkabout by the PAP.

When the MP asked the elderly man to vote for them he stated that it was useless to vote for them as he applied for the $3000 grant but have not received it. They did reply that they could help him appeal but the elderly man still stated that it was useless. The MP then proceeded to walk away.
