It has been reported that the driver who was in a series of violent videos against road users and a couple has a master degree. It is unclear why he was driving a taxi with such high education.
Netizens speculate that his master degree is not recognized and he had to get a job as a taxi driver. Some even poke fun and said that he is not a “master degree holder” but a “master in Chao Ni ma” or Master in F*** your mother”.
The 42-year-old Taxi driver has been identified as Feng Zhan Ning, netizens poke fun of his name as it directly translates to “Crazy chop you(疯斩您）” in English. The media reported that he has returned to China but an interview with STOMP revealed that he describes himself as a godly figure.
He claims to have godly powers and self-proclaimed that he is a godly figure. After his arrest, he even described the Police as “mafia police”. In a report by Zaobao he said the following “Godly me has suffered 20 years of being framed by the mafia police and Institute of Mental Health (IMH), filling my heart with hatred,”
He also claimed that he was offered a PhD entry interview with NUS but he did not like it and did not took the offer.
He will be charged in court for his violence.
