A man made a scene at Changi Airport Terminal 3 on Monday morning (April 25), moving to the top of a registration counter, and declining to descend.
He likewise waved an umbrella at cops, and took his shirt off, a Shin Min Daily News report said.
An onlooker tweeted at 9.06am: “There’s some rando(m) nutter remaining on top of a registration counter at Changi air terminal and nobody appears to mind.”
From photographs posted on Twitter, he was shoeless, and wore a striped shirt and pants at first.
Voyager Ms Cai, 35, told Shin Min that she saw him remaining there at around 10am in the morning.
“I don’t know how he got up there, he was standing 3 or 4m over the ground, and removed his shirt when disturbed,” she said.
