A few days back we posted an article of a man that was caught smoking at his corridor at night. They are everywhere, not yet another person posted of him getting caught at Woodlands receiving a fine of $200.
What do you guys think? Its time to be careful and remember they are everywhere like a ninja lurking in the dark.
