In the video she posted onto Facebook, loud music could be heard coming from under her home as the music reverberated throughout the estate.
The music appeared to be blasting from the speakers on the uncle’s bicycle.
The netizen said:
“Its been months. Every night this uncle will blast his speaker from far can hear. I stay level 14 can hear this loud. Inconsiderate.”
