F*cking annoyed with M1. 
😡 I decided to terminate my line after 5 years of tolerating M1’s f*cking bad service and saw that I have an excess of $60 that they’re supposed to refund me.

But instead of refunding me my money, they find WAYS to deduct from it so they’ll refund me less. “LEGAL FEES” of $50?! I paid all my bills and I did not even terminate the line prematurely. What F? The last company I’d rather give my money to is M1!
