However, after reporting the incident to customer service he was allegedly told not to make a Police report.

Translated Text:

Just received an ocbc message today, one look and I know its not right. When I found out (my credit card had been swiped with EUR800+), I immediately called the ocbc hotline and told them that my card had been stolen.

Halfway through the call with customer service, another transaction was entered saying that another SGD600+ was swiped. A total of two transactions. OMG

I fainted!!!

Customer service said: We will now block your credit card. I will send you a new credit card, the customer service says you don’t have to pay it back first. The transaction will be review for 7 days before they can resolve it. You don’t have to call the police.

Have anyone encountered the same problem?
