A video has just emerged on social media showing a car which had overturned on a road near a traffic junction in Bukit Panjang.
According to the netizen who uploaded the video, the incident took place near Bukit Panjang Hawker Centre and Market.
Pedestrians in the video were seen crossing the road and walking pass the overturned vehicle and some were seen standing in the vicinity taking photos and videos.
Firemen from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) were seen around the overturned vehicle carrying out duties.
In the background, the siren of an ambulance from the SCDF could be heard getting louder and louder as it nears the scene of the accident.
At the time of writing, it is still unknown as to what caused the car to flip over and we have reached out to the authorities for more information on the incident.
