We often try to find the best deal on the internet for any renovations but sometimes we might be unlucky and get a vendor who is not responsive or responsible

– Acquire their service to paint my house – Service rendered on 3rd April, insisted payment after the job (7pm+)
– Didn’t provide adequate time to allow customer to check for improper job
– Didn’t clean up after they leave (as it is late) and left a mess around the place, need to ask their worker to clean it several time and gave me a black face
– At 9pm+ when cleaning the area, spotted parquet / door have deep scratch made, worker use scrapper instead of turpentine to remove. – On Monday morning, spotted patches of area not painted properly
– Contacted him since Sunday night (4th April 2022) for solution and he decided not to reply despite several outreach
PSA: Do not pay until you have done a 100% check, if not you will meet with the same treatment as I had!
